It's British bunnye vs. Colonial coyotte as Lola Bunny and Dottie Coyote perform a script by Lola in which the monarchy prevails. After all, "Yankee Doodle Dandy" was originally sung by the redcoats as a taunt of the rebels. ("Of course you know this means war!!") Armed with a "weapon" from an earlier empire, Lola is right at home with her Roman candle, and uses it to teach those uppity colonists a hot lesson in obedience. With her fanny bearing the fires of tyranny, Dottie assumes her rightful place as a beacon for freedom. She is also contemplating joining the tea in the harbor.
Lola Bunny is property of Warner Bros. Happy Fourth of July, everybody!
