I wanted to do a micro sketch of one of my own characters, and Nikki was voted for most while I was streaming. Rune suggested rubberband shibari and I fell in love with the idea instantly. I'd like to do another version that's more erotic than silly, but in the mean time this is still pretty awesome XD

Aww, tiny, grumpy Nikki. Just when I thought he couldn't get any more adorable! This is a fantastic idea, and I love that you have him hanging from a thumbtack on the cork board. Poor little guy. People can be so mean to micros sometimes! The detail on this is really nicely done, especially the texture of the cork board and the way the rubber bands have scrunched Nikki's tail up. Plus that tiny little foot dangling down, just begging to be tickled.

As I said on another picture, I really do like how you make your micros look actually micro, instead of just ordinary characters next to large objects. I love the feeling that he'd really fit into the palm of your hand if you picked him up, and it's a big part of what makes the theme work so beautifully I think.

I am actually looking in to doing this picture up to scale, then cutting it out and laminating it so I can for real put it on my cork board, ha ha. I think that would be such a fun idea. Thanks for the compliments! <3
