Here is the new Virtuoso or Ponchocat as she is affectionately called because of her poncho (not shown here)

She is the Overseer of Vault Zero and an avid wasteland adventurer and is Lynx's master.

Her bionic arm or leg can deliver a 1 Hit KO, if you are not careful.

Thanks, she is in the least popular Penitatas tourney, most likely she will be one of the last ones to not be spared.  Annie is up there, too.
