In the middle of the night, during a bitterly cold little snow storm, Carter and Silver were coming back from eating out. "Fuck, I can't see a thing." Carter complained, trying her best to see through the snowy haze. "Don't worry, I'm pretty sure we'll make it." Silver piped up, walking beside Carter. "If you say so. But I can't see shit." "It'll clear up, trust me." The female let out a sigh and continued to walk before bumping into something solid. "Ah, what the fuck?" She put her hands out in front of her and felt what it was she had bumped into. She let her hands wander for a bit until she felt something metal. A... doorknob. "Yes, we're here. Now gimme the keys." A bit of silence followed. "Silver, hand me the fucking keys." "I thought.. you had them.." She turned back around to face Silver. "No, I gave them to you. Now where are they?" "I thought you had them! You didn't give them to me!" "Yes I did! I walked right up to you and handed you the fucking god damn keys!" "Don't shout at me! I don't have the keys!" "I gave them to YOU! I don't fucking have them!" "Well, I guess neither of us have them!" "Great! Fan-fucking-tastic! We're locked out and it's colder than fucking Antartica!" "You should've given me the keys ahead of time then!" "I thought I did!" "But you didn't, and now look what's happened!" "Oh, so you're blaming me?!" "Maybe I am!" "Well, YOU should've fucking reminded me to give them to YOU!" "I.." Trying to push back tears, Silver, in a fit of rage, ran towards Carter, pushing her down into the snow and with her on top of the other female. Carter gasped and even blushed a bit as she saw the position she was in. "S-Silver.." Before she got the chance to say anything, Silver suddenly pushed her lips against her's, catching the other by surprise. It took a while for her to settle in to the kiss. When she did, she closed her eyes in pure bliss and wrapped her arms around Silver. They both pulled away for air after a few moments. "I'm sorry.. I shouldn't have yelled at you like I did..." Carter said. "It's okay.." Silver smiled, her hand caressing the other's cheek. They both smiled at each other before going into another kiss. And they stayed that way until the storm cleared. After the long kiss, Silver got off of Carter and helped her up. "Do you wanna look for another way in so that we're not stuck out here?" "Yeah.. I think we should." Carter nodded and started walking to the back of the house to see. Silver ran behind her, but tripped on something and fell down, dropping her bag and the items spilled out. "Shoot!" One of the contents that fell out of the bag was... the keys. "What's wrong, Silver?" Carter walked back over to where she had fell and helped her up. "I just fell and my things fell out.." "Here, I'll help you.." Carter kneeled and started picking up Silver's things and putting things back in her bag. The last thing she grabbed was the keys. When she grabbed them, she stopped herself. "The... keys..? They were..." "Oh yeah.. I forgot to tell you that I had grabbed them myself and put them in my bag.." "Why.. didn't you tell me?! God dammit Silver!" Silver got up and ran, Carter following behind her, cursing and yelling.
