I have no idea why the world of pokemon seems to be so lacking in the cetacean department, so I added these guys to my region's few oceanic pokemon. Dolphlare is a Water/Fire type, and evolves into Orcerosine at 45. It fits as a "bulky Water" in that its HP and defenses are high (its Special Defense in particular), but is different in that it has great Speed too. It loses out with its offensive stats though, with slightly sub-par Special and absolutely useless Attack. Much of its movepool is focused around recovering its high HP mid-battle while stifling the damage dealt by enemies through Burn and stat reducers, making it an excellent physical wall and rather decent special wall.
