Velleck is a seedy underbelly that hops from one space station to another in order to scam other lifeforms out of precious credits. he'll sell anything and anyone to make a profit. his voice is as slimy as his body is. stay clear of him, he'll use you for his means and toss you aside when he's done

a character i thought of during a roleplay with :iconcookie-splinters:@cookie-splinters he is suppose to be that typical sleeze, like Jabba the Hutt. His design was taken from an older creature of mine and the colors are much different than the originals.
