The only way a male can be pregnant is to be harboring a fetus-in-fetus. This is where a tumor organizes into something like a baby, but it never really succeeds. One had limbs, a simple gut, even a beating heart, as well as a brain rudiment and a sort of skull. Since we only see the end results, and don't catch these growths mid-stage, we have theories as to what they are. They are never viable and only cause trouble....
