(Have you read the story by Jonathan Swift? Or have you, like too many "modern students" overlooked the Classics ?)

I have the sudden urge to buy lemon pledge...

I would just say work on your lighting, you generally don't get volumetric lighting unless its foggy or very dusty and at that time of day the street lights shouldn't even be on.
