As before, this was supposed to be just a little character reference, but I decided to make it a full picture. I tried some new tricks with this one, I hope they worked.
No one knows the real origins of the Howler; some say it's a mutant wolf, some say it's some sort of werewolf. It roams the streets at night, feasting on garbage and roadkills. It's wisest not to get close to it.
