In the years before Dragon Lady and her allies battle against Mistress Diabolica and other foes, there was a previous generation of heroes and villains - villains such as the neo-facist The Bitch, her advisor Reichstag and their cohorts, the Four Horsemen, all of whom are ready to charge the heroic forces led by Star Power as The Bitch barks her orders.
The Bitch and Reichstag (the term practically begged for it) are meant to be homages of a sort to the likes of Captain America's nemesis, The Red Skull, and Fawcett Comics' Captain Nazi and any other character like them such as Baron Blitzkrieg. With many of this previous generation of characters, I've tried for the flavor of the Silver and Bronze Age (with a touch of the Golden) characters.
Thank you. For Pestilence it might be easier to ask what isn't wrong with him. Though he manifests physical signs of several diseases and allergies, he's actually immune to all of them. Or at least his cells are able to heal and keep ahead of everything plaguing him.

Both this and the other lineup were definitely up there on the challenge scale. I made a few sacrifices of proper heights to get everyone in the image. For this one which was the first, I started with The Bitch, then Reichstag, then the front two of the Horsemen and added in the larger ones behind. For the heroes, I roughed them all in and started from left to right so that one was easier to draw out.
