Sparkster from Rocket Knight Adventures - one of my good friends Kiba, suggested this a while back and it's been on my list of game character to do. I had a bunch of different positions from the rip sheet he gave me, but I liked this one the best. He's a biggun. (^__^) Id id have to do some recoloring and minor editing for perler work.
