This is the Cluster monster (or as I'd like to call it, the Gem-Cluster Kaijin ジェム・クラスター怪人) that Garnet fought in the latest episode of Steven-Universe, Keeping it Together.

Here's it's bio:
It is made entirely of limbs conjoined together in a massive body wrapped loosely around by cloth. At its core, the fusion is comprised of four shattered gem shards. Little is known about the Clusters past, but it is known that these Gems used to be Crystal Gems. This closely impacts Garnet, as they used to be on the same team.
