It was a shitty day with the hard downpour and constant thunder. No fur who could avoid it was willing to even leave his comfortable home. Those that had to desperately tried to make the experience as short lived as possible. Rei Loire was such an unfortunate fur. To make matters even worse he had no way to get indoors.
But what could he have done when in middle of his 2 week camping trip and a good 30 miles from the parking lot heavens suddenly decided to reinstate Noah’s Flood just for the fun of it. The muscular white tiger was drenched to the bone already and he still had his devastated tent to pack up before he could even think of finding a spot to get out of the rain. The only good part was that as he had saved money for a year he made a trip to India and the rain was warm and not freezing cold.
His grumblings about bad luck were cut short when between two powerful thunder strikes a beastial roar cut through the constant splashing of the rain drops. Whipping around on his haunches the camper came face to face with one of his feral Indian ancestors that stood at the edge of the clearing. With the aggressive stance and fully visible razor sharp teeth there was no misunderstanding, that the tiger saw his fellow panthera tigris as an enemy to be removed from his territory.
Rei realized that due to the weather condition the tiger was too agitated for him to attempt a retreat to show his respect of the territory claim and readied his own razor sharp claws. As the next thunderbolt illuminated the dark cloudy sky both feral and anthro tiger sprang into action bringing their claws forward to attack their adversary and claim who was to be the owner of the small clearing.
