How Nightshade *Whose real name is Nathan* met his uncle Akura is when he was ten years old, he overheard his mother being told about the death of her husband from his supervisor from a few hours ago, he got heartbroken as he ran off from home, crying about his the loss of his father.
Unknown to him, the cat-like dark spirit was sneaking up on Nathan, as he then shifted into his Mabu warlock form, and he then walked up to him, the little Mabu boy turned his head as he saw the warlock looking at the crying child, he told him he lost his father who died a few hours ago.
Nathan then learned that Akura is his uncle as the warlock told him he's been watching over him due to the fact that he has his thieving skills and could be the use of him one day. He quickly grew a bond between himself and his uncle as Akura gave him dark powers, and he would really put his new powers to good use as he gave himself an evil name "Nightshade" as he then begins to follow the path of the Darkness.
Trivia: I gave Nightshade a real name Nathan by the way. ^^
