Acquired "Manga Studio Ex 5" today and I decided to mess around with it for a warmup.

Lines done in Sai, everything else in Manga Studio.

Manga Studio is great, but it's geared more towards comics and manga-type stuff.
Does screentones and panels reasonably well, but I haven't figured out how to do the panel things just yet.
It has a bit of a steep learning curve and is arranged more similarly to Photoshop.
Basically, just push and click buttons until you figure out how it works.
