That happened when Artemis was 4 years old, he woke from bed this mourning and was about to change into his clothes, but he couldn't find them in his dresser, he then steals his father Nightshade's mask, tunic, and belt while he was sleeping, then puts them on and sneaks off.

Nightshade later woke up only to find his clothes gone as he went to find them, he then noticed Artemis wearing them as he told his father he stole them from him, but he didn't mind at all because his son inherited his thieving skills.

He also noticed Artemis couldn't find any clean clothes as his son then learned they're being cleaned up in the washing machine which Nightshade then took his son to get him clean clothes to wear. Artemis sure is daddy's little thief huh?
