This pic takes place the night after Risa and her beaten Rocky, but Risa turned her back to Sharon and beaten her easily to obtain the coveted spot in the CyberDynian 5. While Risa enjoyed the good life, Sharon was forced to go back to Shanty Town #13 to her plywood ramshackle makeshift house, dirty and hungry.
She is homeless mostly because she didn't have any form of education due to Sarah unable to get a school for the disabled in Staravia City (the council shot down every attempt to get one built.)
