I've seen this on SIMS where you can build a character. Move right and you can get INSIDE the skin, and see the skin from the other side. I haven't played SIMS in ~8 years. Can't play SIMS I on the laptop and I can't multitask.

I'm not sure where sims came into this... This is the model I have made for school, created from Latoyer, a game character I created. Also, I guarantee that nothing is inside anything... His jaw is open though... maybe that's what you can see.

The Sims program has a character designing function with the exact poses this pic shows. There is no solidity and you can move right INTO a character (which is hollow). Some of the characters are hideous, nightmare fuel. Extreme deformity has NO effect on the other characters, no more than wallpaper or flooring (doesn't matter whether you have bare sheetrock, wood planking, wallpaper or stone, gravel, axminster, brick... Some housing does cost more....

In SIMS the characters move around and, unless you specify an action, will decide themselves what to do. Your goal is to work them up to the highest level of proficiency & ability. If kept happy, they'll learn fastest. Characters CAN die, from hunger, from getting murdered....Characters that begin as babies will change into kids, once they receive adequate care. Kids can become adults only by a magic spell.
SIMS also has developed glitches and quirks, and 3 times I had to uninstall and reboot. Too complex I guess.
