Also while being such he'd have a friendly Saturday morning kid's show kind of voice. As if he'd be pleasant if he were normal.

Also gotta agree with that.

He's made to be a non-threatening person when you're unsure of his motives. dresses like your normal citizen, business suits, etc. Probably has an explosive temper after a while.
