I had some trouble getting the models right, especially the cat girl on the left, but I did my best.
The game they are playing is a betting card game with five character classes. Some classes are higher than others, but some of the lower classes can beat the higher classes in certain combos. The individual card designs are collectible, but equivalent when played in the game, which only uses one deck for 3 players.
The five classes are: spirit lord noble farmer peasant
While spirit is the highest class, having two spirits in one hand beats only the peasant class. The highest hand in the game is 3 peasants, but any other combination of peasants brings the hand down. Farmers and lords work well in combination, but farmers and nobles do not (unless the third card is a lord). There is a complex network of card combinations which takes practice to understand.
Each player draws 3 cards and bets. Each may then discard 1 card and draw, or keep their hand. They then bet again, and the highest hand wins.
The stakes got pretty high in this round, with Melissa betting a nice watch, (unnamed mint goat) betting her favorite gengar plushie, and Natalia raising the stakes further with a mysterious ticket.
