I felt like drawing something colorful as in Technicolor-colorful, and what could be more colorful than a rainbow? I've also been impressed by the otters I recently saw in the Cleveland Zoo, so the combination was obvious: a pride-colored otter. One could even say he's OTTERLY colorful, but I better don't go there XD ;-)
