xD thats kinda amusing because that was kinda the idea i was kinda going for, the whole he's kinda dead, or almost dead. i wasn't sure about it yet the idea was kinda still on hold.

Yeah. Just say he's Comic Book dead, he's not REALLY dead, he's still alive, he's just dead enough to get powers. You can touch him, see him, talk to him, he has blood still, but he's TECHNICALLY dead. He's like Electro. Falling into the pool of eels with an electrical cord as lightning struck him (Yeah, I'm serious.)killed him, he's just not DEAD.
