Unlike her fear-spreading L'cah brethren, Kuwhen chooses to Inspire joy in her targets. Frequently attending the mask festival of a small village surrounded by windmills, she tends to channel the winds to give more flare to the fireworks and more power to the lights. She likes it when things are nice and bright.
Background/History
Not much is known about the L'cah beyond their magical nature and propensity for mischief. What is known is that they tend to be a menace, and only misfortune follows them where ever they're found.
