Rena: "... and I'm not sorry."

Dominatrix Rena came to mind after watching Madonna's Human Nature video one day, imagining Rena dressed in the same gear and lip syncing to the words. Not really into bondage (other than collaring and leashing others), but just wanted to throw a tied up and gagged yoshi into the mix, similar to one of the scenes in the video.
