I got this art as a commission in 2002 from the comic book artist Carlos Barberi who worked on the DC Impulse comic book.Impulse was from the future and basically a whimsical goofy teenaged Flash type character. Heres he is racing with Sonic as Tails flies fast in the sky to keep up.
