This is Icelina, she is a cold, frigid bitch who hates everything girly (sunshine, rainbows, pink, and ponies). She is the third ranked member of the CyberDynian 5.

Since the Cyberdyne story got rebooted, I'm inducting Icelina into the Hall of Fame.

Icelina is the only CyberDyne 5 (now the CyberDyne 7) member to not return in the reboot. Not much is known about her except she was a cold and frigid bitch and of course the drunken sex scene (which Icelina and Sharon were both drunk and impaired when drinking too much Sake). She died before the reboot when Clockwork worked with Mind Controlled Danny to destroy the Pussyfoots (the instance where Clockwork sold her soul to the Paladins and the instance that Danny injured Cynthia and forced her retirement). If she was alive in the reboot, she probably would of split from the Cyberdyne 7 being she doesn't much like working with others and hatred of Sharon.
