What will your money be used for? for me, it'd be paying rent/food/replacing equipment should it break, i don't spend money flagrantly. I'll continue making lots of fun and interesting furry comics, primarily! 5 pages / month + extra pictures whenever I have time. I have plenty of ideas that I have yet to do, and it would be so good to make them all into comics and share them! I would greatly appreciate anything you'd choose to give.

Also that thing about getting a real job... That nowadays seems like a dirty phrase to me .... and not the good kind of dirty. Insinuating that jobs that are not common or DO NOT require you to slave yourself to someone for money, are not real jobs? That's one of the MANY problems with society nowadays, in my eyes!!! Drawing is a REAL job .... like game making which I'm involved in ... or youtube which I like watching and has completely replaced TV for me for many many years or competing in I-sports(game competing) which I also like watching sometimes when I have free time. These are ALL REAL jobs, just most people don't realize, because they are new jobs and older people are not used to or even aware of! ... You just have to find the right audience and reach them. Like you seem to be doing, judging by the state of your patreon less then a day after you made it. :)
PS. How about the idea of streaming some of your drawing like you used to, for patreons or even everyone else depending on the capacity of the steaming medium that you find/chose?. Or do you still live in the USA which has some of the crappies internet connections from probably the entire world nowadays? If that's still the case ... you should move!!! For real!!! I can even offer you an entire apartment where to stay on your own or with someone you want ... for free! And the internet here that I use or in the other place is a stable 100 mbps no disconnects and costs only the equivalent of like $15 per month, no download limits at all and I have in the past been able to download the 3 GB backup of sites which I have worked on, in about 10-15 minutes! Only thing I can't offer you is the plane ticket to get to here. And that one is probably kinda expensive.. :(

i've had 3 jobs in my life, all fast food, and all while great, they never gave me enough hours to make it worth even going (like 8-10 hours a week, wtf?!)
I should stream, but... it makes working alot harder for me. it does cause me to work faster i think, but the huge drawback is that it causes me to stress more, and the stress builds up in my hands for some reason and it hurts like hell after about 1-2 hours. =/ edit: i could make it for patreons only... i'll consider it, but as mentioned above, hurts =I.

I was wondering at what place exactly I was compared to others, but I'm kinda shy sometimes so I was going to ask twi privately on the messenger later on since we know each other from way before you and I'm not that afraid/nervous to. :( I can relate to that streaming problem! When programing often having other people around distracts me and requires more effort to concentrate so the headache comes in pretty fast and my head completely blocks making it impossible to continue.:( Thus I too prefer to program alone nowadays. I liked watching you draw, but if it really hurts you or your hand, we better stay away from that then. :) No worries!

i might do a kind of sequel to that, since i wanna make that human look very different... i'll suggest the idea to twilightstormshi about it. i'd probably do a furry version of it too, so i can post it here. reguardless, it'll be up to a vote. but im sure a pokemon comic would do well in a vote.

Why don't you just get a supplementary job. "not enough hours to justify it" is still better than no hours. You don't have to work in fast food, try a warehouse or other job. Plenty of part time stuff.

there is no way i'd still have time to do any comic work if i did (it'd likely get reduced to 3 pages a month), and yet this job is making me about 150$ more than the last job i had XD. the supplementary stuff has been commission work usually, but when i can and cant do that changes :v.
