Diapers changes. Honestly, the first reason I wear diapers (outside of feeling a baby) is to be changed *blushes* I just love this close bonding moment. Otherwise, I would just wear diapers and not wet them. Being so close, being take care of... For the advice of cleaning up, that is from my training as a nurse. If you clean bottom to front, you can carry bacterias that can hurt the front's skin as it is not used to it. That goes double for messy diapers.
