Karamel and Cinnamon are two of six daughters born to Mocha and Davis Souris.

Mocha is Lait's sister, making her Milkie's aunt. That makes Karamel, Cinnamon, and their four sisters all Milkie/Milkette/Fraise/Cookie/Latte/Vanilla/Cocoa's cousins.
