Something of a new look for the guy. (Sort of, the outfit is based on the rule 63 version of him.) Tempted to make this his default outfit but I'm not sure yet; I'm still pretty attached to his current default outfit. Regardless, it's something effeminate for him to wear that isn't actually pornographic for once.
(I don't actually smoke, BTW, the cigarette holder was just to make him classier.)
