Jacob the Mouse
Jacob the Mouse was once a member of the Miley's Rangers back in the days of Penitatas only, but quit after Cynthia the Cat got her leg cut off during a mission.  He joined La Familia, commonly known as Team Legacy shortly after along with Cynthia the Cat (his lover interest), Karlina (his sickly sister), and Jessielina (his jester friend who he saved in a mission).  The hat he wears was given to him by Blueberry on the first birthday that was celebrated while in La Familia and he fell in love with it.  After his stint as a Penitatas, he jumped in to join the Miley's Rangers right after the Penitatas only rule was eliminated and was given his old rank.  By the time of the CyberDyne Saga, he worked his way up to Exclusivo Rank and became Miley's bodyguard where he works to the time of the RP scenario.

Cynthia the Cat
Cynthia the Cat came from a poor family and had to defend herself constantly as well as her family.  Cynthia the Cat while on a mission to rescue a ship load of Penitatas being sold to slavery, the slavers cut off her leg during the battle to free them and would of taken her life if Jacob the Mouse didn't jump in.

After she lost her leg, both quit the Miley's Rangers and went rogue for a little bit, until they met Blueberry Hedgie and were invited into La Familia, in which they remained until they both completed their sentence.  Exactly one year after joining, she entered in a beauty pageant for Penitatas for giggles and shits and won, hence the tiara she seldom takes off. In 2028, she sustained a serious blow to the head which messed up her vision and had to wear special glasses, which switches the left lens can be switched between normal and scouter modes, to compensate for the damage.  When Miley dropped the Penitatas only rule in 2067, she and Jacob the Mouse jumped at the chance and also married Jacob the Mouse in the same year. By the time of the CyberDyne Saga, she and Jacob the Mouse has 5 children (3 girls and 2 boys).
