Well this took a while o3o But yes :3 From the Suggestions Box way back then, suggested by

Feather-Predator is Rath from Ben 10 getting tickled by Holographic Feathers X3

As you can notice, I killed the color pallete with this XD There's lights everywhere~ And I love it!

Although I don't think I should be making lighting like this so excessive o3o Oh well :3
