Had a lot of fun with this fanart. If anyone is curious this is for an OVA called Blue Submarine no. 6 (Ao No Roku go). This is an image of the villain and one of his creations, she is apparently one of his favorites and I don't know if she has a name. I referenced Range Murata's Ao No RoKu Go Graphical World art book as well as the show to get as close to draw both of them and to make the background.
