Character Description
Penny is a chu who was born with a few unusual mutations.
As a Pichu she was born with two very noticeable mutations. Most noticeable , is her coloration. Most pichu are black and yellow , but penny was born pink and yellow , with only a few black markings. The other most noticeable mutation is the heart shaped cheek markings , and foot paw pads.
As she evolved into a pikachu , more unusual mutations showed. Her tail sports a black heart marking on the tip of her tail , and her back markings (unseen here) are black.
As a Raichu it became obvious she was never going to be a normal riachu. her lightning bolt at the end of her tail was rounded at the ends , and at the tip , she had a heart shaped bobble.
NOTE : Penny can also evolve , and de-evolve as she likes. As a pichu she has less control over when she evolves back so she tends to hold onto an everstone , to stop unwanted evelutions from happening.
Personality
Penny is usually very sweet , cuddly , and child like.
If you call Penny a baby tho when she is in her pichu form , she will get very angry. As she will point out , she carrys an everstone and is 18 years old , even in pichu form.
Likes/Dislikes
Penny loves to cuddle and play with other chu's.
Accessories
Penny wears a single hairbow that she allways has on. she wears it with all her forms. You will notice that the bow is allways the same size , but looks much larger on her as a pichu and pikachu , then as a riacu. but it is the same bow.
