Sparky and his fellow scouts were relaxing around the campfire before bed time, when the downtime finally allowed the raccoon to daydream. The uniforms and slight para-military nature of the organization got him thinking of war, and being a cub, not really aware of it as more than a glorious movie about victory over evil.
