New character ya'll. This is Apofys, younger sibling to Gorlan. Why do they look so different? He's in second life stage while Gorlan is in his 3rd stage. The visor sends visual data direct to his optic center because his eyes haven't fully developed properly yet. and Yes, the little panty looking thing protects the orifce where his bits are. He's a ships engineer. I know it looks like he's wearing a tie but its not.
