That's the name of Parker's Wrestling Title. Not because of pinning down the other opponent until three seconds is up, but because of his cunning strategy. First off, Parker knocks his opponent down and goes outside the ring. He takes the safety pin off his diaper and ties a front knot on it so it won't fall off, then pins the pin on the rim. Parker then goes back into the ring, gets behind his enemy, and stabs the pin into their diapered rear (Yes, that's a diaper, not a spedo). When the opponent is stunned by the pain, Parker shoves them on the ground, grabs his arms and legs, and pins him until defeat. Clever idea, right?
