He's talking about revenge, right?

When Mr.Burns fired Homer Simpson, Homer led a revolt and forced Mr.Burns to rehire him -as a supervisor, to prevent further mischief. Mr. Burns, however, promised revenge. He said "revenge is a dish best served cold".

As far as I can see, he has yet to serve that dish on Homer...
