As I picture this move it's not supposed to hurt more than falling the distance on your back. Scoots removes her right fore hoof, basically letting her drop. Everything else is just selling the idea of slamming her down, on the part of both athletes. I'm sure however that if she gets a couple more, the cumulative effect will be significant.
