Well, as seen in the immedietly previous Beachside (https://inkbunny.net/submissionview.php?id=8268), Fratbear was getting condoms out of the hilariously over-sized machine when he gave Tucker (the surly shirtless waiter) a slap on the ass, which lead to Tucker knocking him out.
Tucker is now dragging Fratbear out to the back alley where he'll be left until he comes to.
One of these days, Tucker hopes that one of the various Beachside predators will do something about that unconcious bear stud he keeps leaving for them, but so far no luck.
