Disc. On Tape I have games like The Goonies, Infiltrator. Ghostbusters 1 and 2 (yes I still own some old c64 datasette games. most disc-games I had I did throw away allready. were copies and laying for years on the attic.

Ah yea, i see why. Discs full of fungus. Well, i saw a tutorial once where someone showed how to open the discs and clean them again. Too bad you had to throw away so many of them :(

I started collecting tape games a little while ago since i found tape games are easier to preserve and it's also easier also make new fresh duplicates from tape roms, using audioTAP. This way i can keep the originals and yet will always be able to play them on original hardware, even when discs have already lost all their magnetic information. Tapes have always been the better archival media, even if the Datasette medium is the slowest. I still have some disc games thou. Got them when i bought off my best buddies stash and also got an extra disc drive. We used to play "Savage" on that thing :)

more rather because all were copies and my diskdriver is broken anyway. So no way to use the disks in any way.
some games I protected with passwords. I forgot those. :P So no way to play those games ever again.
