Okay, so occasionally i will make new OCs, and i want some opinions on them

Description: Twitch is an 18 year old brown otter. He wears a gold ear ring on his right ear. He is clumsy and tends to shy away from every challenge. He also has a phobia of almost everything. Twitch is not very social either. He freaks out when every he is around or touched by others.
