The Tatsugan Literary meaning ("Dragon Eye") is a special Dōjutsu only Salrie can access. It has many properties that make Salrie imitating to his enemies.
1. Hypnosis. He can deceive his opponents by creating illusions of himself or another person.
2. 720 degrees of vision. Salrie can see everything within this range.
3. Future Sight. He can see visions of the future for only a short period (3 secs, 5 secs, 7 secs, etc.)
4. Copy. Salrie can copy abilities, techniques, and movements simply by looking.
