World/Setting
Cipher is an alien forced from his world along with his people he has not spoken much about the details of what had happened to him. He and his people were rescued by US forces after their abandonment in the Caucasus region of southern Russia. At the time the Russains were currently at war with the Rebelling Georgain, South Ossetian, Abkhazian, and Chechen states that formed the PACT, a coalition against Russia. The fighting stoped at the southern border of Russia and many Russain cities along the border evacuated allowing the Wilk, the aliens caught in the middle of the conflict, were allowd the hamlet of Sochi-Alder and the surrounding area, which is now known as the Norhtland Republic.
