This took longer than it should of, but it's finally finished coloring another of

's sketches. I also included a little background and threw in a background character to fill out the scene.

If you can't read the "Rules" sign in the background it's ok. They are:
1. No Running
2. No Rough Housing
3. No Splashing
4. No Sexual Contact

I figured it'd be a little funnier to have.
