I was feeling that Blitzy here was looking a bit plain so I jazz him up a bit wanted to give him more of a scientist look with a dash of vampire and I decided use the four tentacles from his original concept
im probably gonna get alot of "he looks like a fusion of Red Skull and DR. Oct" whatever I love it
