Operation Barbarossa, 15th November, 1941. The Eastern Front
Comrades RJ, and Zear, fly their Ilyushin il-2 Sturmovik, nicknamed "White Storm" and take out division after division of German Panzers, aiding greatly to slow the German Advance into Mother Russia.
The two are a formidable pairing. RJ is a skilled pilot, having taken out both Tanks and Fighters in his Sturmovik. He is feared by the Wehrmacht and respected by the Red Army for his exploits. Zear is a brilliant gunner, being able to gun down a fighter while RJ manoeuvres the plane. Even though he isn't a pilot, he is already a double-ace and Luftwaffe pilots have described him as "a one-man fortress".
I am most satisifed with how the Sturmovik canopy turned out, better than I expected. Though I could've done more work with the ground
