I have already read this comic in its entirety but it will be fun to read it again from the start! Right away, what stands out to me in this page is the color scheme. Black, grey and white are under appreciated tones in the world of webcomics. Most of the other ones I follow are usually bursting with color. Especially in their character designs. No doubt paying homage to the anime that influenced a great many of them. Anyway, the atmosphere on this page is almost palatable. Rain tends to be tricky when depicted in art but here it is pulled off excellently. You do a great job in conveying that right away. Clearly, this character is not having a good time right now. The patch on her jacket is a small detail that also communicates much without dialogue. Good strategy in not showing the character's face right away. It adds a layer of mystery that makes the reader curious about the next page.
