It's no secret that Isamu likes to show off from time to time, and her species' natural ability to swell is one talent she's particularly fond of flaunting. Ordinarily, she tries to keep her pneumatic displays at least somewhat restrained, but when you can get as HUGE as she can, there are times when restraint can start to feel downright suffocating. Sometimes the urge to dispense with moderation and just cut loose is too strong to resist - especially when those looks of wide-eyed, slack-jawed amazement are so very, very satisfying to behold...
Here we see Isamu indulging in a slightly larger display than is usual for her. She's nowhere near her limit, but any bigger than this and folks tend to get nervous (either because they find her size intimidating, or because they're afraid she'll burst). Her clothes aren't likely to survive another breath anyway, and as comfortable as Isamu is with her own body, there's a limit to how much she's willing to 'show off' in public.
She saves the whole "exploding clothing" trick for more... intimate audiences...
