This is Sharon as you guys know and she is sad, which is obvious.
She's sad because she misses having a nice caretaker and doesn't want to be in assisted living because she thinks her health will be degrade.
The Rusty Metal is like her heart now without a caretaker and the unavoidable face that assisted living is coming up with the absence of freedom.
